Hi John, I am real estate broker here in Stockton. I became a real estate agent in the worst possible market, 2008. It turned out to be an invaluable learning experience which has helped me in my career. You can be successful in a down market or up market. Done worry what other Les are telling you. Hi Kyle, yes I saw this article as well. The lack of rental housing in Stockton is incredible. It is the hottest I've seen it in 15 years. We have been raising rents when units become vacant and are seeking them rent in days. It's a good market!

Stockton is a very desirable rental market.  We had 36 inquires on a rental property within the first 12 hours after we posted it for rent.  Rents have climbed considerable and with this competitive rental market they will continue to climb.

Nice Post on the Sac Market!  Hopefully Stockton and the Central valley will see some of that price and rental growth as well.
