Looking for a fixer in Sacramento and Stockton areas.
My partner and I are looking to purchase a fixer property in the Sacramento area and/or the city of Stockton. We are fix and flip investors and are looking to get around 15% return or better, may go a bit lower. Single family. Also willing to do the Bay Area, but price must be below 400k.
