Hi Tiffin Investors! I found this thread while I was searching for Tiffin property managers. My daughter just started at Heidelberg and she is currently living on campus. I had always thought it would be great to have some investment properties for college students and with Tiffin having two universities in town and my daughter being there, I thought I would investigate. 

Do you know of any good property managers in the area that would deal with college rentals? 

I am an investor in Mansfield and know that the property manger is critical to being successful, so I wanted to start there!

We do still hold the Mid-Ohio REIA meetings. They are the 4th Tuesday of every month. The location has changed!!

What we have the right to do and what is the right thing to do can be very different. In this case, the landlord is on the wrong side of this one. I highly doubt that the landlord expects their daughter to move in (or stay very long). They are doing this just to kick out a very low paying tenant compared to the ridiculous California market rents. However, this landlord has owned the property for a very long time and is likely cash flowing well on this property. Let the 102 lady stay put! 

I agree, I use Alpha & Omega and would recommend them here in the Mansfield area.

I invest in Mansfield and do use a property manager. All of my Mansfield (and surrounding areas) properties are with Alpha & Omega and they do a great job for me. I would recommend them.

Greg - you are right! The meetings are on the 4th Tuesday of every month. The next one will be next Tuesday, February 27th starting around 6:00 at the Mansfield Holiday Inn. Please don't come tonight!! So sorry everyone! I hope to many of you there next week.

We have our monthly Mid-Ohio REIA meeting on Tuesday, the 20th. It is at the Holiday Inn in downtown Mansfield. Check it out. Starts around 6:00.
