Hi everyone. I've been browsing bigger pockets for a few years now but never actually started posting until now.

I'm 27 years old from Tiffin, OH.  I'm both an electrical engineer and a real estate investor.  Currently, I have 12 rental property units in my portfolio and always looking to add more properties.

Hi Tiffin Investors! I found this thread while I was searching for Tiffin property managers. My daughter just started at Heidelberg and she is currently living on campus. I had always thought it would be great to have some investment properties for college students and with Tiffin having two universities in town and my daughter being there, I thought I would investigate. 

Do you know of any good property managers in the area that would deal with college rentals? 

I am an investor in Mansfield and know that the property manger is critical to being successful, so I wanted to start there!
