Experiences with "Cash Flow Savvy" company

All,

I'm new to real estate investing and am considering a turnkey SFH buy and hold setup with an out of state company as a start. I am already speaking with MemphisInvest and may proceed forward there, but I am also wondering if anyone has had any experiences with a company called "Cash Flow Savvy." I know smart companies dedicate individuals to control the Google search results so I wanted to humbly ask this community for some honest feedback.

Additionally, if anyone has any other recommendations for out of state RE investment groups I would welcome that feedback.

Thanks in advance,

Trevor

@Kathy Aillon  They have a good reputation, but its my understanding that they are not a true turnkey, in that they do not have their own crews and property management.  They contract with others in various cities to do their work, and make a markup on that.

My best advice would be to find a company that does it all for you....from acquisition through management....then they have "skin in the game," and are accountable to you having a good outcome.
