Hi Dustin,

You might want to reach out to Jynell Berkshire. I have used her and she's great.

Hey Jeff thanks for reaching out, I actually spoke with your colleague Nicole at your company and saw some of your portfolio.  She shared who you use for property management and the process.  I also had a call with Greaterjones as well.  My concern really is trying to get a better grasp of the neighborhoods on the ground there.  I can say the #'s make sense from an investment it's just finding a few other people in Indy such as a lawyer, home inspector, to validate the investment makes sense. Would be happy to chat further if you can.

Hey everyone wondering if anyone would be able to provide context/feedback on a few questions.

1. Recommendations for turn key property companies in Indy. I have spoken with two High Return Real estate and Pinnacle Investment properties, any experience with either of them?

2. I was referred to Greatjones property management for Indy, has anyone worked with them? Any others you may recommend?

3. Any home inspectors & attorneys you would feel comfortable referring in Indy.

I recently got married this summer and my wife and I decided to keep her townhouse locatedin DE. We currently net $250.00 off the property a month. We have about 14 k of equity in the home. Our current home we live has about 400k in equity and could get a line of credit to make another purchase. A little nervous about taking next step and with so many questions such as where to buy, what to buy, any ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Also at what point would a bank work with an investor meaning how many properties does one need until you could use "other people's money" to invest instead of your own? Things have changed so much since the housing collapse.
