Hi everyone,

I have 87 acres under contract in Floyd county IN right across from Louisville. I am looking for a realtor who specializes in land sales to give me a CMA as well as marketing plant to sell this property. Thank you in advance.

Hello everyone, I am a real estate investor that invests in vacant land and self storage facilities. I would like to connect with some private lenders to find out what sort of returns you are looking for. Specifically CoC returns and IRR. This will help my underwriting targets when submitting offers and ensure I can present deals that work for you the investor.

Hi everyone, curious to hear people's opinions on skip tracing software.  Looking to use this for primarily land owners.  Need the basics, name, mailing address, ph #, and email address.

Unfortunately everyone is low on inventory right now.  Would love to hear about your market you serve specifically out there.  Let me know if you want to connect.

Hi Connor, Does RedX allow you to pull lists, skip trace, and do mass text blasts, ringless voicemail, and email property owners? I am seeing if the other two offer this but thought I would ask. Might not need VA's.

How is real estate out in OK?  I've heard Tulsa is one of those markets that is coming up.  Never been but heard it's great out there.

I invest in Indy and have two properties but there is no inventory right now

Hi everyone, I am looking into two software applications for lead software- one being Invelo (they advertise on Biggerpockets) and the second is REIPro. I am looking for a system that gives property owner information and can skip trace. I am considering finding a VA to send texts, emails, and phone calls. Does anyone have experience with either software applications or others. I welcome feedback. Thanks.

Hello fellow investors I was wondering if any of you had experience using Jerry Noorden’s company (www.seoforrealestateinvestors.com) he was a speaker at BPCON in 2021. Thanks in advance.

@Greg Scott thanks. I usually head out there twice a year. Would love the contact information for when I come out again. I’m also looking for virtual networking if you know of any.

Hi everyone I started investing in Indy in 2020 and have two properties and just wanted to network with some individuals and discuss their journey's, goals, and areas they like to invest in.  I already have a nice team of boots on the ground but never hurts to learn from others.

Hey fellow investors curious to speak with any investors that own rentals in crown hill. Just renovated a property and will be listing for rent. Curious what you guys are seeing in rents for fully rehabbed 3 bed 2 bath homes. I’ve looked at rentometer and used BP rental estimator but know rents are increasing and can vary too by neighborhood. Thanks in advance.
