Legal help with LLC in Indianapolis
I need a lawyer that can help me with the the sale of ownership from my partner of my LLC. I'm in Los Angeles, but my LLC and properties inside of it are in Indianapolis. I will be buying out my partner. After that, I would like to add my wife into the LLC and transfer another property into the LLC.
My last lawyer neglected to add one of the parcels of one of properties in the LLC that is assigned with two parcels. I would also like to fix that.
