ashfaq Sheikh I live in NYC. Cap rates here are 4% or less. NY is a dying city and state. Between violations from DOB, HPD, & DOH, really not worth investing here. I invest out of state. Mid Atlantic and parts of Florida much more lucrative.

Im new to Hickory. My partner and I just purchase a large portfolio here. We love Rei meet up's. We were disappointed to find out that there is not a Rei club or meet up. Does anyone have any interest in it??

Anybody interested in a Staten Island meet up? I used to run one years ago. Not much interest then. I was wondering if theres more interes today?
