Hi @Account Closed I have a couple companies in MD. The Philadelphia Contributionship, Stillwater and their rates are very good.  They don't offer multi properties discount. 

I am willing to help for the properties in Maryland if needed.  How many units are these properties?

I only got a couple properties now (cheap ones), so it's under my personal name. It makes for easier paperwork. My plan is to turn it over to an LLC once I have more properties under my belt. As for insurance, I have it taken care of considering my job.

Call the bank and ask for the contact info of whoever handles their foreclosed properties?
