tread carefully on Facebook to find lenders. 99% are scammers. I would avoid at all costs.

i understand​ that part if it and am part of his program. my question was lets say i get a house under contract​ and list with an agent. the seller can easily look it up too and see that im listing for $x amount more than im buying for. what's stopping the seller from canceling the contract​ when they find this out?

Whats to prevent the seller from canceling the contract if he sees his property being listed on the MLS for $x dollar amount more than i have it under contract​ for? may be better to just buy then sell?

I was very interested in this program as I watched the webinar. Offer was $397 which seemed fair. I lost interest after I saw the 3 day refund policy. If Jason stood by his program he would offer a much better refund policy. Typical "guru" nonsense I guess.

Anybody on NY experienced with the program? I'm worried about finding attorney to work these deals as NY is an attorney closing state. I'm afraid to spend the money on the program only to find that I can't close anything. On the other hand I REALLY want to do the program as I'm frustrated beyond comprehension at this point!
