@Jaysen Medhurst the offer fell through. The house would of been bought at 325k but personally i was not confident in that 30k had an inspection on it and the amount of problems my capitol would not have been handle to that at the moment. But thanks for responding really appreciated it

How my BiggerPockets family doing? 

I'm in the process of buying an REO in Westchester County got it at a good price but it needs work. It has termites damage, a little mold, and I might need some electrical and plumbing done as well. I'm thinking about 30k in renovations this is my first home do y'all recommend going all in for the first go around?
