I definitely think you should look more into other hard money lenders. Make sure  your rehab cost is accurate that can mess you up if anything goes wrong or the rehab time is extended for any reason.

I work in the construction field, so I have a rough idea, I’m trying to find out with this loan can I do some of the work myself. I ran the numbers if I move out it will cashflow I need to add management in the rental calculator because I didn’t do that

well it’s a 3bdrm that would rent for 2300

Each unit need about 30k of work but that’s an estimate will have to confirm a set number

I seen a duplex REO that just came on the market I been approved for an renovation loan I will be using I'm house hacking it but I would be paying less on my mortgage then I'm paying rent now after it's renovated the house should be worth in the low 500k and they asking in the 300's

Do you think it’s worth it?
