How my BiggerPockets family doing?

I'm in the process of buying an REO in Westchester County got it at a good price but it needs work. It has termites damage, a little mold, and I might need some electrical and plumbing done as well. I'm thinking about 30k in renovations this is my first home do y'all recommend going all in for the first go around?
