I am in the middle of creating a template for my direct mailing marketing. I am targeting pre-foreclosures potential sellers and I have tried to make the letter as personal but yet professional as possible. I am  concern that the letter may be too short or that I may need to do some alterations.

Below is a draft of the letter.

Hello Mr.….

My name is … and I am interested in your property at …

I understand the process of Pre-Foreclosure can be very overwhelming, that’s the reason why I would love for you to give be a call at ##### to discuss your options in terms of selling your property.

Please give me a call as soon as possible.

Thank You.

Best Regards,

Any thoughts?

Thank You!

I am in the process of creating a plan to find deals. I came accross with Direct Mailings. What address should I be using? My personal address or the USPS allows to not use an address at all?

@Riyad Qattum I thought that one of the first step is to find buyers and then look for properties.

@Dan Barli I have not gone to any REIA yet because I don't seem to find any events in my area. I haven't yet mailed any buyers since I don't know where should I start first. I'm considering about putting an Ad on craigslist and using FB and IG for locating local buyers.
