@Evan Torrens I definitely wasn’t familiar with that segment of investing so thank u again for that insight. I just used google to find a few local companies. From your experience and expertise are there any tips you would have with vetting a company or any initial questions that I should be asking them? And also the firms I found seemed a little large and their homepage spoke of million dollar holdings so would my 20k be enough to get a call bk?

Post: Establishing business credit with personal guarantee?

I have two businesses that I have structured as Llc’s and am currently trying to establish strong business credit with them. I currently have one business card each for both of them through capital one that I got using personal guarantees but the credit limits are very low (1000 and 500 respectively)but I keep the utilization rate sub 20%. My personal credit is mid 700’s and I was curious as to if anyone had any ideas about whether it is best to use personal guarantees or use your tax Id to establish business credit. I am looking for much stronger leverage capabilities and much larger lines of credit.

@Evan Torrens Thank u for the advice I will definitely look into that. I am not too familiar with holding groups are they  sort of turnkey portfolios that you get in on?

@Patrick Hermans I would not be adverse to the idea of a live in investment. Are you speaking in terms of a live in flip or just a conventional loan product on a primary residence?

I am interested in investing about 15 to 20k in the Atlanta market passively. I actually live in Gwinnett county (Buford) and work full time so flipping seems a little daunting to me. I was hoping to get some ideas for possible strategies for doing so from individuals familiar with the market conditions. My primary objective is acquiring decent cash flow and the savings that I have aren’t tied to any kind of debt. Any assistance or ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.
