I think investing in yourself at that price point would be the best use of those funds in my opinion. The ROI on education is infinite and whether that be through books or whatever tools the money you can make from that education will take you far.

@Stuart Smith Yeah I definitely don’t have turnover in the millions so using myself as the PG might be the only viable option at this point. Thank you for your time and response.

@Michael Ealy That's a concept I wasn't familiar with at all about using the CD to secure a business line. Good strategy that I will definitely put in my toolbox. I'm over a 750 at this point so using a PG was not out of the question but I wanted to explore options on not having to do so using my 2 LLC's as the qualifying entities. Thank you for your time and response.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of books with practical useful knowledge on how to build business credit with no personal guarantee. Thank you for your time.

@Aaron Jernigan I have not tried them as of yet honestly just due to fear. I spoke with him briefly and he sent over some initial documents but I was skeptical of the process and giving out my personal information due to me having a good score and the potential for identity fraud.

I look at from both sides of the coin being I grew up in some of the less desirable areas that now view gentrification with a negative connotation and from a capitalist standpoint that you have to seize opportunity. Truthfully with an issue with so many social and economic complexities there is no clear cut answer but I do believe that we all should be trying to leave the a positive mark on wherever we inhabit or do business. I personally will not stop trying to invest due to others who view my ambition as an infringement on their community just being honest.

I recently came across someone who said that they had a program in which as long as you had an Llc and a 680 credit score they could qualify you to get significant business credit cards and credit lines. The basic premise was if you had a revolving credit card of at least 2500.00 dollars minimum then whatever your highest credit card limit was they could get you 5 to 8x that amount of credit. For example 10k on American Express with the above qualifications would allow you to be able to secure business cards and credit lines from 50 to 80k. The name of the company is Bella Sloan Enterprises out of Jenkintown, PA. Their website is https://www.bellasloanbusinesscredit.com/ I basically wanted to run this information through our community to see if anyone has ever heard of such practices, or is this just simply another internet scam. I have great personal credit and am trying to build business credit but am wary of giving any sensitive information to these types of organizations without at a bare minimum talking to my BP friends who may have seen this type of advertising before.

@Rob Barry I am not yet an accredited investor but those are amazing bits of information to have once I get to that portfolio point. Thanks for sharing that profound insight.
