@Chad Reynoso everyone’s goals are different. Don’t leverage yourself too much, but I would suggest cash out refi 30 year loan.

Use the cash to buy more and produce more cash!

I would suggest a cash out refi over the HELOC

@Steve Bush Hey Steve, there are still restrictions throughout riverside, but Temecula Wine Country is not restricted as far as I know for short term rentals. Great area!

@D Chandler I started with house hacking in 2019 and now rent that property out full time. I’m now onto my second property doing the same thing. Works great and I would say is one of the least risky options

It depends on your investing goals and strategy. This area is pretty good, but if you want to cash-flow you may need to get a bit creative with your strategy.

@Jared Rine I don’t know if I’d qualify due to income going down this year and carrying two other mortgages. I’d like to message you to find out more thanks for the reply

I have a couple rental properties in Murrieta which are doing really well. I used traditional conventional loans on those and got good rates. I don’t think I would be able to qualify for another traditional loan, but have cash and ready to jump into another property.

My question is how would I get financing for another property? What are some creative ways to get a loan somewhat similar to a 30 yr investment conventional loan? (I figure rates will be higher as it’s more risky, but I’m ok with that)

Anything helps thank you!
