Looking to find/build a team in the San Diego area

Hello BP family! I’m hailing from San Diego CA and I’ve finally decided to get into real estate investing as a wholesaler for now. Any recommendations for an attorney to look over my contract and a good escrow company. Also, any advice for a first time wholesaler would help.
