Dont know if this allowed but I am  a local real estate investor here In owensboro ky. Just wanting network with different people locally here in Westernky or Owensboro area.

I currently started a local REIA meet up here in owensboro ky. I have 25 members in the group so far we meet twice a month via zoom. I make sure I engage with everyone in the group ask questions also answer to the best of my ability and I'm still getting little engagement. I have guest speakers on certain subjects call in and meet us on the zoom only maybe 5 show up it's up from my first meeting I hosted which was 0 lol. Any tips on how I can grow our group and get more to show up to our zoom meetings?

I wasn't into wholesaling not against it just would rather partner up with for my deal funnel. I was more into Fix-N-Flip in fact I still am. When I started a local REIA in Owensboro ky. It came to my attention that there wasn't a wholesaler here in our local real estate market. Light bulb moment why dont I become one? Well I drove around for dollars mailed maybe 5 letters got a text from one and I sent it to a cash buyer you guys know the rest. I'm telling you guys this because its okay for you to change your plan or approach,and as long as you stay focused on your long term goal everything will work out. Just a bit of encouragement for new investors
