I wasn't into wholesaling not against it just would rather partner up with for my deal funnel. I was more into Fix-N-Flip in fact I still am. When I started a local REIA in Owensboro ky. It came to my attention that there wasn't a wholesaler here in our local real estate market. Light bulb moment why dont I become one? Well I drove around for dollars mailed maybe 5 letters got a text from one and I sent it to a cash buyer you guys know the rest. I'm telling you guys this because its okay for you to change your plan or approach, and as long as you stay focused on your long term goal everything will work out. Just a bit of encouragement for new investors
