The true intention of all podcasts , are to utilize guys like me, give free knowledge, with every intention of selling something

I am a maverick!!  I do it all! I write my own contracts, do all the work, a purist, idealistic, not the way to make millions( unless I write book 😊)

My heart is to the trades guys who really do the physical work

And not Paint pictures of ease, and high level language that gets them all pumped, with no grounding!

How many out there know grounding on a home?  😂

The point:  the game is more about sales!! I get it!! They do great job on podcasts, I love listening to deep syndications, creation of IPO etc

If younger, I would create mammoth company, investors, the whole bit

Let’s be careful to the average joe!!

Let’s not paint easy picture, under the guise of real estate, with full vetted intentions of selling books!
