1. Does anyone know what episode on bigger pockets talks about note buying ?

2. When buying notes, do most transactions involve title search and assignment of Security deed and subsequent proper recoding at Court house in buyer of note name or company name??

I have been financially free for about 7 months now!!

Cannot believe the mental battle and adjustment I have, and am still going through.

It's amazing how our minds are entrenched in fear, anxiety, false security etc.  

The battle is in the mind!!  And even when attaining goals, it's still there, newer heights!!  Newer adjustments!! 😊

I'm concerned many of the young are thinking wrong!  4 hour work week by Ferriss has lots of good stuff, but dangerous stuff also

I am old school, and there are many many lessons the young people need to learn to be financially free, not only financially, emotionally and mentally also

Most I presume are not schooled in Wall Street with derivatives and upper echelons of finance

Most are not sophisticated enough to start corporations, investment firms, syndications etc

If you are average blue collar dude, with vision , passion, willing to work, you can make it and be financially free, beating the frigin system

Be careful what you read and listen to, and it's ******** to think you will work only 4 hours a week and be successful

Maybe eventually, but like rich dad says, when your assets begin paying for your desires
