Hey so I’m in need of advise since I’m new to investing. I possibly have a couple deals I’m partnering with ppl. I found someone who is potentially going to fund my deal for 3% interest and $500 up front cost to loan 25k. Does it seem legit? Looked for him on Facebook and looked for the business website but couldn’t find anything. Help and advise would be appreciated

I am using a private money lender(friend) gonna help with one but I have another one possibly that might go through too but I don’t have funds for that one. I just started my LLC but maxed out all my personal cards and don’t have 20k to spare. I was thinking of a GAP loan but idk where to find anyone. I’ve asked privatemoney lenders but some say they won’t do that. So any suggestions or recommendations I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I’m having trouble finding a good wholesaler because no one ever gets back to me or keeps me on their buyers list or maybe it’s too tough in the Bay Area allot of competition

I’m interested in doing some meet ups in the San Jose area to meet any rehabbers/investors/wholesalers I’m up to learning anything new

Yes I have been in contact with agents from Dallas EL Paso and other areas of the country but no agents have really stuck like the ones I have here in the Bay Area. So I keep looking.
