I did not end up investing with them. I turned down a property they were pushing on me but said I would like to keep in touch if they had anything else and I never heard from them again. 

I have not yet. I've had a consultation with some other professionals and have closed a couple of deals since my first conversation with her so I've just been trying to gather more information before I talk to her again. I'm still interested in having a tax planning session with her just to have her audit my current tax strategy and I don't mind paying her fee. 

Hello Bigger Pocket community

Has anyone used JM Consulting Group based out of San Francisco for tax planning strategies? I was referred to them from a lender, specifically to Jessie Moy CPA who specializes in Real Estate tax planning strategies. I spoke to her briefly over the phone and am interested in doing a tax planning consultation with them but before I pay their hourly consultation fee which may add up to around 2K+ I want to see if anyone currently uses them for tax planning needs. I've heard that a good matter of practice is to find great professionals to add to your investing team and don't hesitate to pay their fees if you believe it will help add value to your investment plan. What's the general consensus on this?

@Martin Nance not really. I’m working with one from the turnkey provider I’m purchasing a property from but have my concerns so I would like a back up in case it doesn’t work out.

Does anyone have any experience with The Peak Group aka Prime Properties Realty and their management company Prime Properties Management? Specifically Levi Mills the director of sales? They work out of the Dallas Texas Market. 

I'm researching them and be interested to hear about your experience. If you purchased a turn key property from them and how it's working out.

I was referred a property manager in Little Rock AR called Callahan Real Estate, has anyone here used their services before? I'm interested to hear about their track record and what your experience has been having them manage your properties.

Has anyone ever worked with Invest America specifically Lorne Shive? He's a turn key provider that sells property in the Memphis and Arkansas Markets.

I'm researching his company and wanted to know if anyone has purchased properties from him before and if they can share their experience.
