Invest America Turn Key Provider Memphis and Arkansas market

Has anyone ever worked with Invest America specifically Lorne Shive? He's a turn key provider that sells property in the Memphis and Arkansas Markets.

I'm researching his company and wanted to know if anyone has purchased properties from him before and if they can share their experience.
