 Hey Shane,

Thank you for the recommendation. Any specific representative you are working with?

Good morning BP members,

I am looking for any good Title Company in the Dallas/Ft Worth Area. I would like to work with a title company that knows about assignment fees, double-closing and/or a real estate attorney in their team.

Any recommendations is greatly appreciated.

Good evening members,

As many of you have seen, the DFW market area is booming with new construction which is causing a lot of old "stay away" neighborhoods to be gentrified.

A lot of these suburbs are becoming very popular for both the young and old generations.

That being said, I wanted to ask for those of you who wholesale or invest in the DFW market what suburbs/zip codes are you guys considering now that you didn't consider before AND which are some places that you are still a "NO WAY JOSE" mentality.

The reason why I am asking this is that I am starting to learn more about the DFW market (I am not from here). Learning this market would then assist me in finding off-market properties for my investors.

Thanks in advance!

BP discourages Sub2 for the most part. I was doing them, before I found BP. Get training or pass on this technique is my Opinion.

Joel, you do have a point. I will make sure to get myself trained correctly before I do anything with sub-to deals.

Thank you for the advice.

Have a great weekend sir...

 Just subscribed to their channel!

I really appreciate your suggestion.

Good evening investors,

I hear that the local county clerks office can give you a few type of lists of motivated sellers.

Can anyone tell me what types of lists do you get from your local county clerks office in order to find off market deals? And, do they come with phone numbers or just mailing addresses?

Thank you in advance !

 I appreciate that, Bruce.

Do you know if he hosts those classes often?

I think i found him on google. Is he the owner of Owner Finance Network?

Good morning investors,

They say that before investing out of state your first investment properties should come from within your market.

Thus, knowing your market is very important to be able to know what is a good deal, bad deal or screaming deal.

That being said, what do you guys recommend for a new investor to learn about their own market?
