Good morning BP members,

I am currently doing research on the Huntsville Alabama market and I am trying to understand more about it.

I wanted to ask local investors what zip codes are the "good" zip codes and which zip codes I should NOT invest in?

Thanks in advance!

Incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and has given tons of great insight. As someone who has done this remotely, I can say she's been invaluable, and is always up to give me her honest opinion, which I can't value enough. And she's an incredibly hard worker. Follow up and communication is exemplary.

Matt, which company does Amy work for?

Thanks in advance!

Good evening BP members,

Besides BPCon, which other real estate conferences, based on your guy's experience, are a must to attend for a new real estate investor?

Thank you in advance!

 Thank you, Mike.

I greatly appreciate your input.

Thank you, Anthoney.

Good evening BP members,

For those of you who fix and flip in the DFW area, how do you calculate or determine how much your holding costs will be?

What would be a good way to understand the average electricity bill, water bill etc?

Thanks in advance!
