Overseas Huntsville resident - agent recommendations?

Hello,

I'm working overseas and will begin purchasing rentals this year. Looking for advice on agents and property management companies that are knowledgeable with rental real estate and comfortable working with a remote investor. I'm hoping to purchase my first rental February with at least one or two more by the end of the year. I'm familiar with the city and have called it home for nearly 20 years, but due to my job am unable to physically visit properties.
