I've been using propstream and batch but it seems like a lot of the leads there are no good.. I'm tired of wasting so much time on dead leads.. does anyone have a good way to get decent leads of high motivated sellers?

I appreciate any help and adivce as everyone on here is usually so amazing and helpful.

I'm ready to start building up my team for investing, we're starting out with TX and NC. But would love to chat and connect and build a team of amazing people who are dedicated to growing not only professionally but personally as well.

Hello, 

I am new to this business but have been learning a TON. I feel confident in the know how and already have a business set up and ready to go. All I am needing is a partner who would be willing to put up the funding and I will do the work and we all get paid in the end. I have great terms and am willing to do 8-10% simple interest for a PML or a 50/50 split with a partner. Let me know! In the works of building up a team and would love to have more honest, genuine, dedicated people who love to make money on our team.
