The story behind this transaction is miraculous. The buyer was searching for a new home and noticed my ad in the area, as she walked to the park. She gave me a call, told me she was looking for a new home, but she was also curious to know what I do. I let her know I help seasoned & new investors skyrocket their REI career. From that very phone call, we upkept communication as I educated her on REI and a few months later she purchased this house to fix and flip as an investment.

Off of the market in Decatur, GA sits this large 4-sided brick split level home. This deal is intended to be a cosmetic fix & flip with 4beds, 2.5baths, 1,916 of square footage with a 2 car garage.

The story behind this transaction is miraculous. My buyer, as a mother of 2 children, newly divorced and searching for a home to live in saw one of my advertisements around the area as she was walking to the park. She then gave me a call, told me she was looking to buy a home to live in, but she was also curious to know what it is that I do. I let her know I help seasoned & new investors skyrocket their REI career. From that very phone call, we stayed in communication and I provided as much information on REI that I could based on my experience, and a few months later she purchased this house. However, this home was not for her to live in, but for her to fix & flip as an investment. I am still so grateful to have received this opportunity of changing her life, and leading her into financial freedom.

This was a great flip opportunity in the Westview subdivision of Atlanta, Fulton County. The property was a 4/2 at 1,687 sqft and it sits a few blocks from the Atlanta belt-line. The buyer for this deal was able to foresee the profit margins for this house if he tore it down and performed a new build, and that is exactly what he did. The best part about this transaction, is that I was able to gain a lifelong friend and client in the process.
