The story behind this transaction is miraculous. My buyer, as a mother of 2 children, newly divorced and searching for a home to live in saw one of my advertisements around the area as she was walking to the park. She then gave me a call, told me she was looking to buy a home to live in, but she was also curious to know what it is that I do. I let her know I help seasoned & new investors skyrocket their REI career. From that very phone call, we stayed in communication and I provided as much information on REI that I could based on my experience, and a few months later she purchased this house. However, this home was not for her to live in, but for her to fix & flip as an investment.
