Hi everyone, I’m a new member from northwest Indiana. My name is Danny and I’m 23 years old. I’ve been investing for the last two year and have done 6 flips to date. I’ve been listening to the podcast for a while now and it’s made me feel a little more comfortable jumping into the rental side. I have an offer in on my first two unit duplex that I plan to house hack.

I’m also interested in VRBO’s and AIRBNB’s. I’m going to be traveling to Nashville Tennessee November 23-25th and would love to meet up with some members who have experience with Airbnb’s and VRBO’s in the area. Or just someone to show me the ins and outs of Nashville. It’s a long shot but figured I’d give it a go. This however is not at all why I’m writing this post. I’m looking to network with people in the Nashville Tennessee area that have some experience or knowledge with Airbnb’s and vrbo’s. I’ll be in Nashville November 23-25th and would love to meet up with someone that could show me some of what they’re working on and just the ins and outs of Nashville.
