Hello @Shanae Pugh!!  It definitely sounds like you have things in your area under control.  Here in Denver, we have been doing quite well with projects running from single family fix and flips, to townhome new builds, to multi million dollar commercial projects.  If there is something I can help with please let me know.

That's a tough one.  I went to an ICOR meeting this month and there was a speaker named Demetri Fefes who spoke about buying and selling notes.  Maybe you can find a way to reach him and see if he knows of anything
