My name is Aimee and I am a Colorado based investor.  Looking at the buy and hold market in single family homes or small multifamily here in the metro area, but exploring outlining communities including the Springs, Greeley, etc.  Also have an interest in seller based financing.  I am new, still learning, looking for a mentor, a partner, an education from the professionals in my community.  Looking forward to connecting with the Bigger Pockets Community!
