I am part of a family business that invests in the Boulder area in mostly student rentals. We have single family homes, duplexes, triplexes and apartment communities. We buy, fix and hold properties but are looking to expand to scrapes and new builds. We are also expanding into the Denver market, mostly around student campuses and downtown. We are always looking to make connections with agents, bankers and hard money lenders. We are also looking for a GC in the Denver area as we will have remodels lined up for 2016.
