I've financed several deals in Columbus that surprised me with the returns there as Columbus wasn't in the top 100 markers to think of for STRs.

Great suggestion by Zachary here as DSCR loans are underwritten on the properties actual or projected income instead of your income which means no need to show W2s.

In regards to the $200k saved up, just in case you're unaware of what Zach meant by seasoning, for most DSCR lenders they will want to look to see where the $200k came from if it hasn't been sitting in your bank for more than 60 days. With that said how long have you had the $200k and where did is source from?
