Hey fellow agents!

I was looking into investing my lead generation budget into Vulcan 7. I am in the San Fernando Valley, (North of Los Angeles) and I would like to know if anyone has used it and what their opinions are (Both positive or negative). If you have alternatives I would be happy to look them up as well!

Rich, this is AWESOME. Glad you were able to come up on a return and I love the BP style break down! Are you in Southern California? I am an agent and I'm looking to connect with more like minded people to start my investing career!

I have been following Bigger Pockets for too long.

Its time to live the Bigger Pockets lifestyle! Its time to break the mold and expand my horizons.

I am a Real estate agent from California looking to invest in California, Arizona, and Texas.

Reaching out to all investors in California, Arizona and Texas! Looking to build a rock star team to build a bullet proof portfolio.

Im very excited to get started and start building. Looking to have $10 million in assets by 30, big goal but im going all in! Ideally looking to purchase multi family properties that need some work, I am not comfortable with a full remodel just yet but I'll get there soon.

I hope to connect with a lot of people soon!

Make sure you do a ton of research and network with someone before jumping into a purchase. It is a big city with a small town feel :)

Its an area that I am interested in moving to. I chose a condo as it was what was in the price range I was looking for and would be simple to rent as it does not need repairs. Do you recommend a SFR?

My bigger picture caution is just... be careful rushing a purchase if you don't already have everything researched and teams in place. You could jump the gun and get yourself in trouble.

Its an area I was interested in moving to and as I started to do more research the numbers just didn't work unfortunately.

I am looking to purchase my first investment property out of state in San Antonio, Tx. I live in southern California and I will be getting deployed pretty soon so time is a factor and I will have to hire a management company in order to service the property. Don't have much in regards to funds so I am looking at a condo around $100k outside of San Antonio. I have the funds to purchase the property and still be able to live. Any tips or recommendations?

@Ivy Wang @Jake Thomas I appreciate both of your responses. I was thinking about Joining the Toll brothers or Pulte homes. I have been using alot of time with no success in the business so far, I'm not going to give up, Ill take a look at that post right now.

As a part time realtor I've had little success. I am currently working as a sales manager at a cruise line company and the job is just unfulfilling for me and not making much traction as a Realtor isn't helping me out mentally. The check is ok, about $65k a year and the benefits are great but I want a career in real estate and I obviously cant do it here.

So I was considering finding a job selling new homes in southern California, but I don't know any one that has much experience in what it has to provide.

Any one on here ever held a position like that? Likes/dislikes?

Go to some kind of meet up. Get face to face with people that are actually doing what you want to do.

Hello investors! I've been considering investing in Realty Shares but I don't know any one that has used them or considered it at all. So I came to the forums to see if any one has any success (or horror) stories to help me get a better picture of using the service. Maybe some alternatives?
