Hey fellow agents!

I was looking into investing my lead generation budget into Vulcan 7. I am in the San Fernando Valley, (North of Los Angeles) and I would like to know if anyone has used it and what their opinions are (Both positive or negative). If you have alternatives I would be happy to look them up as well!
