I am a Real estate agent from California looking to invest in California, Arizona, and Texas.

Im very excited to get started and start building. Looking to have $10 million in assets by 30, big goal but im going all in! Ideally looking to purchase multi family properties that need some work, I am not comfortable with a full remodel just yet but I'll get there soon.
