Hello everyone, I am very new to BP and I would like to hear how others gained knowledge about real estate investing. Did you read many books? (If so what are the titles?). Did you have a mentor? ( how did you find your mentor?) did you dive in and just learn from experience? ( what steps did you go through in the process). I am just hoping to get a good direction and learn as much as I can in the next year or so while saving money that I want to invest toward my first property. Hello everyone. My name is Daniel. I am 23 and very interested in investing into real estate. I would like to buy and flip homes as well as invest into rentals. I recently read "cash flow quadrants" by Robert K. and it had a significant impact at the way I look at investing.  The Webinars here on BP have also given me constructive information. I hope to meet those who are interested in giving advice as to things I can do to not only further my knowledge but to also find mentors . If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it. I try to find new things everyday to read and take notes on as I am really motivated. Thank you.
