New to BP and looking for good advice

Hello everyone. My name is Daniel. I am 23 and very interested in investing into real estate. I would like to buy and flip homes as well as invest into rentals. I recently read "cash flow quadrants" by Robert K. and it had a significant impact at the way I look at investing.  The Webinars here on BP have also given me constructive information. I hope to meet those who are interested in giving advice as to things I can do to not only further my knowledge but to also find mentors . If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it. I try to find new things everyday to read and take notes on as I am really motivated. Thank you.
