@Zachary Giles Pay off your debt. You don't want to be paying interest. A rental will not help you in the short term.

@Jay Helms Love the buy and hold strategy. I'm building as much capital as possible first, move to a different state, then begin the house hacking buy and hold. Chicago is horrible for buy and holds. Indiana is not bad at all. There's other places in the country I rather be with a growing population, like Florida!

@Robert C.

I'm no heavy hitter but I see plenty on BiggerPockets. Heavy hitters are the ones that post a ton. You will see the heavy hitters all over the place on various topics. Being on podcasts and social media (facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.) helps a lot also. The more popular you are, the more your considered a heavy hitter. Most heavy hitters are extremely helpful and give insightful advice. We are all trying to make an extra buck to get ahead in life.

Currently having Issues uploading multiple photos in the Marketplace. My computer ends up freezing and takes a long time closing out the browser. Solution is to upload one photo at a time. This functionality should ONLY allow you to upload one photo at a time and not multiple. Otherwise, most users will end up crashing their system.

Anybody else seeing this issue? Thanks!

@Rudy Curtler

Keep it simple. Invest in a rental property that will cash flow and get a property manager to manage it. Northwest Indiana (IN) has a variety of cities that cash flow greatly as long as you buy right. You will make great passive returns.

@Petra Clarke Save money. Learn about Real Estate. There's so much free information out there. Then take action and master a niche. Best of luck!

Any idea which Mastermind group I should join? There's about 10 or so Mastermind groups that I have heard of.

I'm currently flipping my 2nd and 3rd rehab. I'm also looking to wholesale homes. I pretty much have my business setup but still working on creating lifelong systems.

I would love to find a group that can help me expand my deal funnel and also help adjust my business systems.

I believe I can offer a lot to a group also.

Thanks!
