@Brandon Davidson I would recommend you consult with a local real estate attorney to ensure your filings are done properly. Especially since you have 4 properties and want to grow it would be the wisest course of action.

@Robin Casper as echoed its terrible. Believe it or not I’ve seen it plenty of times with transactions here. I knew one person who had ten properties in short sales that she was renting out. Smh

@Joe Strozier as long as the contract is drafted properly you should be able to exit during that contingency

@Courtney Rollins I would recommend you speak with a local attorney to determine if the property has to go through probate. Did the partner have a will before he died?

@Wilson Auyeung I was similarly in northern NJ and found it harder to begin in this part. I invest in out-of-state properties. What are your goals? What are you looking to accomplish? You mentioned tax sales. I’d be happy to chat with you.
