I have amassed a general wealth of knowledge in regards to real estate investing, articulately wholesale, over the past few months. I realize that at this rate, that's all I will continue to do if I don't take some action now. My biggest roadblock is generating leads/finding deals for which to analyze and submit offers. The hardest thing to do is get started, but you can't complete a deal unless you first have a deal. I've watched a few YouTube videos but I'm still drawing a blank, does anyone have any advice on how to generate wholesaling leads?
