What are the best ways to get lists of multifamily properties in a city, county, region, or state?

Thanks!

@Gaspare U.

I only bought it a few days ago but the list is pretty great as you can customize anyway you want. I’d suggest to just go on there and make a list for the criteria your looking for and see what that gives you then decide if you to buy it. I narrowed mine down to 330 properties in my area and the list was $70 if I get one property from it then it will be 100% worth it.
