You mention that on the new home you plan on going conventional? Couldn't you refi the FHA loan with some of the down payment for the new home and turn the small home into a conventional loan? Then you could FHA the new home.. Thoughts?

I am trying to match up with an agent that can assist with getting me into my first couple of properties.  I have financing and cash all lined up.  Just need an agent that's willing to assist.  I am trying to move quickly on a couple of deals I have lined up. 

 All of the agents I have spoken with so far are a bunch of "Debbie Downers" and I do not subscribe to that type of mind set.  By the way they speak, its like I'm not worth their time...  

Like the title says, I am looking for an agent that can assist with a couple of deals I have brewing.  Looking to build a relationship with a great agent.
