On the hunt for a York, PA Investor friendly agent.

I am trying to match up with an agent that can assist with getting me into my first couple of properties.  I have financing and cash all lined up.  Just need an agent that's willing to assist.  I am trying to move quickly on a couple of deals I have lined up. 

 All of the agents I have spoken with so far are a bunch of "Debbie Downers" and I do not subscribe to that type of mind set.  By the way they speak, its like I'm not worth their time...
