BP cracks me up LOL! Everyone echoing the same popular opinion of "if they are not busy it's a red flag" just to sound credible... I got a quote from BDO for cost segregation and tax preparation... with very satisfactory delivery timeline. Is that a red flag? Obviously, I am looking for alternatives if it means it would cost a little less while delivering similar quality of work.

I am not looking to have someone with 30 years of experience who is a master marketer and the most popular on BP. I am not Donald Trump and I don't have millions and millions in AUM. I just need someone who did not just graduate from college and smart enough to keep me out of trouble. 

Anyone know a CPA that is not swamped at this time?

Why is no one talking about the fact that apartment.com never notifies you of a maintenance request until it is 2 days late? Or you never know until your tenant emails you in frustration?

Thanks for following up. I actually got it handled. But it’s the Northwest/Love field area of Dallas and would be nice to have someone handy. So shoot me any recommendations.

I’m replacing a condenser that’s on the roof top (2 story house). Could anyone here recommend an honest, no-fills, investor-friendly HVAC guy for the job? Work is needed ASAP.
