I am seeking a hard money lender that lends in DC, MD (Prince Georges County, Montgomery County,Baltimore City and County).

Hello BP, I want to start vetting hard money lenders however don't want to go over the top. All suggestions will be appreciated. My thoughts with first initial appointment. I have no experience flipping however I know how to find deeply discounted deals, and I have good credit (760) I was thinking of doing a sample analysis of a property of course using the BP flip calculator and some comps from mls (realtor). Also just show them some deals that I have wholesaled/ bird dogged. What's your take???
